Willingness to Learn: If the student is Voulanteer for his study then the Learning process is simple actions to perform or complete or otherwise it will be nightmare. Ideally we believe that, Volunteers do not necessarily have the time, but they just have the willingness/passion to contribute/execute.
Learning Ability: Today's students need to know not only the basic reading and arithmetic skills, but also skills that will allow them to face a world that is continually changing. They must be able to think critically, to analyze, and to make inferences. Changes in the skills base and knowledge our students need require new learning goals. Initial talks helps to understand the need/requirement...
Every student is an individual with their own needs so we start off with the discussion to understand the need.
There after we initiate the discussion with Students on the need basis , depends upon the course.
Student thoughts should inline to present their Willingness/Learning ability.
The discussion takes about 20 to 30 minutes and allows us to understand an individual strengths, weaknesses and their interests.
Step 2 - Detailed Insight
Immediately after completion of the discussion as we get your need, we identify the next suitable steps. We start sharing our Insight to you/student as our feedback and we provide our recommendations which adds 'Real Value' to the students in their key learning process. It’s also an opportunity for you/student to mention any objectives you have or any areas of study you want to focus on. It's surely two way interaction to ensure your next step towards QUALITY!!
Step 3 - Admission Process
If the conclusions of the Insight sharing are satisfactory and if mutually agreed with the analysis & recommendations then we may provide our acceptance in admitting the student.
If you are also willing to join then needs to proceed with filling the application form.
Once after the duly filled application form & signed essential agreement (details in step 5 below)submitted and fees paid as per our norms then we share the following:
